1. Order Processing & Crafting Time Each piece at Seed & Soul | Yunnan is handcrafted with intention. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to prepare and craft your order before it is shipped. You will receive a notification email once your package is on its way.

2. Shipping Estimates & Destinations We ship worldwide to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. The estimated delivery time generally ranges from 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination country and local postal services.

Please note: These are estimated windows. Factors such as extreme weather, holidays, or customs delays may occasionally extend delivery times.

3. Taxes and Import Duties (All-Inclusive) We want your shopping experience to be seamless. The prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all taxes and import duties. * You will not be required to pay any additional customs fees, VAT, or import taxes upon the arrival of your package.

4. Special Note for Botanical Materials Our products are made from natural seed pods and botanical dyes. While we treat all materials to meet international shipping standards, it is the customer's responsibility to be aware of their local import regulations regarding natural wooden or plant-based items.

5. Order Tracking A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label has been created.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
